ClinicFees.ca is a general public education website. It does not have access to clinic records, patient accounts, invoices, payments, appointment information, medical records, or clinic policies.
If you are a patient with a question or concern about a fee, invoice, payment, form, medical-record request, missed appointment, clinic policy, privacy matter, or medical care, contact the clinic or physician involved directly. ClinicFees.ca cannot review, explain, change, waive, refund, or resolve an individual clinic charge or decision.

Patient inquiries are not accepted
ClinicFees.ca does not accept or respond to patient-specific inquiries. Messages asking ClinicFees.ca to review a clinic fee, invoice, payment, policy, record request, appointment issue, privacy concern, dispute, or medical matter must be directed to the clinic involved and may not receive a response from ClinicFees.ca.
Patients should use the contact information provided by their clinic, physician, invoice, receipt, appointment notice, or clinic website.
Do not send personal health information
Do not send patient names, dates of birth, health card numbers, medical information, medical records, forms, test results, appointment details, invoices, receipts, payment information, or other patient-specific information to ClinicFees.ca.
Clinics and providers must keep inquiries general and must remove identifying patient information before contacting ClinicFees.ca. The contact email is not a secure channel for personal health information.
